Toddler's father denied furlough to bury his son

The jailed father of the 23-month old boy found dead in his Winchester home a week ago was denied furlough a second time Thursday to bury his son.

26-year-old Kyle Hamill originally appeared in Winchester Circuit Court Tuesday to ask for a furlough from the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center. He was denied the request by Judge John E. Wetsel Jr.
